The Complete Remote Assistance Package
Luxar provides a complete remote assistance kit, designed to provide secure all-day use. The kit contains lightweight augmented reality (AR) glasses, accessories and our proprietary software.
Our primary goal is to support industry by minimising downtime and cost, and to enable more efficient and effective solutions, both within and between sites.
Our software is seamlessly combined with the smart glasses to ensure that remote experts are securely paired with on-site engineers with no delays in communication. Remote experts are given an on-site engineer’s-eye-view of equipment and can label and annotate the video in real time.
Out kit comes with two long-lasting batteries, each capable of 6-8 hours of continuous use, with the ability to be hot-swapped, ensuring continuity throughout the working day. The smartglasses only weigh 176 grams, and are thus ideal for all-day use, in terms of both comfort and longevity.
We provide remote-assistance software that enables communication between our smartglasses and the remote expert. We use an encrypted peer-to-peer protocol ensuring a seamless and secure experience.
We provide both the headset software, and the viewer software (for the remote expert), all of which come preloaded with user profiles and connection options.
